Registration Policies

Payment

A tax invoice will be forwarded on receipt of a completed registration form.
Summit registration will NOT be processed or confirmed until full payment or a copy of the purchase order is received. Only AUS dollars are accepted.

Confirmations

Confirmation will not be sent until full payment or a copy of your purchase order is received. Confirmations will be emailed within five business days after receipt of your payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 5 business days of submitting your payment, please contact Samantha Abbott on +61 8 8212 5188.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the summit and have already registered, you may designate another person to take your place. Complete a registration form for the new attendee and indicate the name of the individual who is being replaced. Substitutions must be made in writing. Please e-mail Samantha Abbott on Samantha.Abbott@cammanagementsolutions.com.au or fax your request to +61 8 8212 5288. Substitutions will only be deemed valid if written acceptance of the substitution has been provided by CAMMS.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds, less a $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing by January 9th 2012. Cancellations received between January 9th and February 3rd 2012 may receive up to 50% refund. Cancellations after February 3rd 2012 and "no-shows" will receive no refunds.
